How it works:
1st 30 interested poolies ONLY will be accepted into pool! (since there are 30 actual NHL teams)
Each poolie entered will randomly be assigned an NHL team. 1st person whose team scores ALL the goals from 0 to 8 wins! (only final scores count)
Pool starts on Opening Day of NHL season. 9 numbers (0-8) are listed for each team. Then, when your team has a final score that matches one of those numbers, this counts as a "HIT", and that number is crossed off your list...sort of like bingo! 1st person to get a "hit" on ALL 9 numbers wins!

Should ALL 30 spots be filled, there will be a $600 prize pot for the winner!
In the event that pool finishes early (before season ends), a $200 prize will be awarded to winner,NHL teams will be randomly RE-DRAWN, and we'll start again!
This format will continue until prize pot is used up, or regular season ends, whichever comes 1st. Should season end without a winner, poolie with most "hits" at season's end will win remainder of pot. Should a tie exist then, poolie with most 10+ hits will win. Should that also be tied, remaining prize pot will be split between those that are tied...

Since scoring in the NHL is not what it used to be, any final score
HIGHER than 8, will count as 8 on your list! (double-digit scores will
be kept track of, for use as a tie-breaker....

Teams have been randomly drawn!
Should pool end early, winner will receive 1/2 of pot ($190), and teams will be re-drawn...and we'll start again! If there is a 2nd round, teams that were NOT used in round 1 will be the teams that are randomly drawn from!
